Just finished my first session after the start of the blog.
I ran bad as it's often happening lately, played almost 2 hours with an expected of 0.76€ gain and an effective 296.71€ loss
I played 2 table of zoom nl100 and added a third table after an hour for a total of 1k hands making 478vpp

Suited Aces is my last try at being a poker player.
I've been a consistent winner for many years at small and low stakes starting from micros and freeroll.
I've built my roll from 0, and played with passion through the limits always trying to make a good mix of play and study.
My highest limit was Nl200, and I was starting to make my first steps on midstakes and NL400. This was before my roll was beaten hard with black friday.
That blocked my projects a lot. Also I had to stop my activity for a while since my country was legislating poker online.
When everything was put straight I started my new advendture in a pool of very bad players. It was an eldorado moment, but I had so little funds that I took only a little chunk of the big money. I also started running so bad and couldn't go through levels fast, while seeing so many bad micro regs making money and going big to NL1000 in a couple of months. When I finally had a decent roll to play Nl100 things had changed a bit and it was no more so easy.
Still there was space for having a nice income.
It was there that I had my second son and I was so absorbed by him and his sister that I put almost all of my energies into the job of father.
I've not a single regret about this but preferring my children to work had its consequences. I had 1 year in which I barely earn an amount to cover living expenses and I also stopped every sport activity. So at the beginning of 2014 i was not in good shape, I gained a lot of weight and had hard pain at the lower back. I then decided to take a sabbatical year for taking care of me and my body. I've lost 20Kg and regained a decent form.
Things in poker changed drastically, I played occasionaly this year, putting together no more than 300 hours of play, running pretty bad for what I can say and making no money at the tables and a little money from rakeback. All my expenses hardly damaged my roll this year, so I am now at a very important juncture. I am giving myself one last try to be a professional poker player, and to do that I started this blog to keep focus on what I have to do. I've lost through the years almost all the passion for the game, but this is also because I studied no more in the last couple, playing only mechanically.
Here I'll try to restart analyzing spots and all. Let's see if it works
